  • This Site is the official online shopping platform of Noya Authentic, selling fashion products.

2. Account & Customer Information

  • When placing an order, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information (name, address, phone number, email).
  • Noya Authentic is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer.
  • You are responsible for keeping the confidentiality of any account/contact information used to transact on the Site.

3. Products

  • We strive to display product photos, descriptions, sizes, and colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in device screen settings, the actual product color may vary slightly from what is shown on the Site.
  • Stock availability may change at any time without notice. If a product you ordered is out of stock after payment, we will contact you with options for a product replacement or refund.
  • Prices listed on the Site are those in effect at the time and may change at any time.

4. Ordering & Payment

  • An order is considered valid once the customer completes the checkout process and payment is successfully confirmed.
  • All payment transactions on the Site are processed through Midtrans, our official payment gateway, which supports payment methods such as credit/debit cards, virtual accounts, e-wallets, and QRIS.
  • Noya Authentic does not store your card or bank account details — all such processes are handled and encrypted directly by the Midtrans system.
  • Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed as successful by the Midtrans system.
  • In the event of payment failure or a transaction suspected of fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Shipping

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the courier service selected, and are estimates only, not a guaranteed timeframe.
  • Risk of damage or loss during shipping is the responsibility of the relevant courier service, though we will assist with the claims process if needed.
  • Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct before completing your order.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • Order cancellations can only be made before the item has been shipped, by contacting our customer service.
  • Returns/exchanges can be made in accordance with our applicable return policy (incorrect size/color, manufacturing defects), within the specified timeframe after the item is received.
  • Refunds will be processed to the customer’s account/payment method once the returned item has been received and verified by our team.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this Site — including but not limited to logos, product photos, text, designs, and layout — is the property of Noya Authentic and is protected under applicable copyright law.

  • Noya Authentic is not liable for any indirect losses arising from use of the Site, including but not limited to technical disruptions, third-party system errors (including Midtrans or courier services), or force majeure events.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through amicable discussion, and if no agreement is reached, shall be settled in accordance with applicable law.
