Cancellations can only be made before the item has been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment status through the relevant courier’s website.
Please document it with photos/video during unboxing, then contact our customer service within 2×24 hours of receiving the item to file a claim.
